La Devcon es el lugar por excelencia para los constructores y colaboradores y también es una oportunidad para traer nuevas caras, lugares y comunidades enteras a la comunidad. Sin embargo, algunos constructores fundamentales en el ecosistema de Ethereum se enfrentan a obstáculos para asistir a la Devcon (monetarios o de otro tipo).
El Programa de Devcon Students proporciona un apoyo completo para hacer más accesible la Devcon a 50 personas que tienen el potencial de hacer un gran impacto en Ethereum y su comunidad, pero no pueden asistir sin ayuda, monetaria o de otro tipo. Los becarios recibirán entradas para la Devcon, financiación para el transporte, alojamiento, comidas y solicitud de visado.
