GrayScale Funding has introduced plans to promote ETHPoW tokens it acquired from the PoW hard-fork following Ethereum’s transition to proof-of-stake (PoS).
Shortly after the Merge on Sept. 15, miners hard-forked Ethereum to launch the Ethereum PoW network. As proposed, ETHPoW tokens had been distributed to eligible ETH holders.
Two funds owned by GrayScale Funding acquired a cumulative sum of three,100,629 ETHPoW tokens. Grayscale Ethereum Belief(ETHE) acquired roughly 3,059,976 ETHPoW tokens, whereas Grayscale Digital Massive Cap Fund (GDLC) acquired 40,653 ETHPoW tokens.
The ETHE and GDLC funds will switch possession of their ETHPoW tokens to Grayscale Funding by the shut of enterprise on Sept. 26. Grayscale Funding is predicted to retain custody of the tokens till it is ready to promote them.
