“On the listening to, the CFTC asserted it knew that a few of Ooki DAO’s Token Holders reside and conduct enterprise in the US as a result of the 2 founders of Ooki DAO’s predecessor entity, bZeroX LLC, are Token Holders who reside in the US. This was new data to me,” the decide wrote. “Neither the criticism nor the CFTC’s Movement for Various Service point out that the previous founders, Tom Bean and Kyle Kistner, are or have been Token Holders.”
