The general market capitalization of stablecoins fell for a tenth consecutive month in January, to $137 billion, based on a report by analysis group CryptoCompare. Stablecoin dominance inside the broad cryptocurrency market dropped to 12.4% from its all-time excessive of 16.5% in December, suggesting merchants have been rotating from stablecoins into riskier belongings, CryptoCompare mentioned.
