Simply because it prepares to kick off development of its expanded and renamed Institute of Up to date Artwork (ICA) Pittsburgh on 12 April, Carnegie Mellon College has acquired a $10m reward to help the institute and the college’s public artwork programme.

Cindy Johnson is a supporter of the humanities who has been concerned with the Guggenheim Museum and the Neuberger Museum of Artwork in New York. Tod Johnson, a longtime supporter of New York’s Metropolitan Opera, is the co-founder and managing director of the funding and consulting agency Duo Companions.
