As much as Bitcoin was founded first, that will not be enough to sustain it
Has Bitcoin has made a lot of people rich, yes.
Have I written stories in support of Bitcoin in the past, yes. I am a day trader and BTC/USD is a nice pair.
So what has changed?
Now first of all let’s make things clear here. By Bitcoin I only mean, the crypto asset Bitcoin. I do not mean the entire crypto industry.
Let’s create a context first before I give the reason.
Real value
A financial analyst while analyzing a company will look for value creation before recommending that you invest in a certain listed company.
For instance, within the crypto sector, we can see companies such as Chainlink, Ripple, Polkadot, and others arranging deals with traditional financial institutions to unlock the trillions to flow into the blockchain.
For instance, after winning its case against the SEC, one wonders why XRP is still stuck at $0.50 a token.
These organisations are operating like companies by moving to instill value in their products. We do not see this kind of initiative in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
