The acronym DOGE, which matches the ticker symbol for Dogecoin, highlights Musk’s history of vocal support for the digital coin.
The website, Doge.gov, features the Dogecoin logo. Though it appears to be a work in progress, it has already made an impact.

The site domain was registered in Los Angeles, California, on January 21 by a member of the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. When contacted, the registrar confirmed the website’s status as an official government platform. However, Elon Musk has not commented on this development.
The website has a dark background and a small amount of text. Its most interesting feature is the Dogecoin logo, a familiar image of a Shiba Inu within a golden coin.
