Crypto change Bitstamp has been registered as a cryptoasset enterprise by the UK’s Monetary Conduct Authority (FCA), becoming a member of a small checklist of crypto companies to be duly registered in the UK.
Bitstamp UK Restricted is FCA’s solely crypto change registration to date in 2023, with its licensing as compliant with the Cash Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Switch of Rules 2017 (MLRs) efficient on June 13.

Bitstamp joins eToro and Revolut on FCA checklist
