Ben Armstrong, a crypto influencer known as “BitBoy”, was arrested in Florida on March 25.
According to official records from Volusia County, he was listed as “FUGITIVE F/ JUSTICE” and taken into custody at 7:18 PM local time.
On March 21, Armstrong shared an X post that a warrant had been issued for him. He explained that it was related to emails he had sent to Judge Kimberly Childs in Georgia while representing himself in court.

Additionally, he claimed that Judge Childs removed her social media profiles because of those emails.
Armstrong gained fame through his YouTube channel BitBoy Crypto. However, in August 2023, the brand’s parent company, Hit Network, decided to remove him due to concerns about his behavior and alleged substance use. Armstrong noted that it was an effort to take control of the brand from him.
