Poland says Kandinsky portray bought at Berlin public sale home was stolen from the Nationwide Museum in Warsaw

A Wassily Kandinsky watercolour portray that was bought yesterday night at Grisebach public sale home in Berlin is the topic of a provenance dispute launched by the Polish ministry of tradition.
