US Sentences Man to three Years in Jail for Defrauding Traders in Crypto Mining Scheme – Bitcoin Information

Furthermore, Stojanovich allegedly “misappropriated his clients’ funds and spent the funds on unrelated and private expenditures, together with chartered air flights, lodge rooms, limousines, and personal events,” the Division of Justice detailed. Noting that Stojanovich was sentenced on Thursday earlier than U.S. District Decide Denise Cote, the DOJ concluded:

Along with his jail sentence, Stojanovich … was sentenced immediately to 3 years of supervised launch, forfeiture of $2,158,927, and restitution to his victims within the quantity of $2,108,927.
