The grievance, filed Tuesday, alleges Daniel Friedberg served as a “fixer,” paying “exorbitant hush cash” to would-be whistleblowers who threatened to show the change’s alleged misappropriation of person funds. He faces 11 prices, together with authorized malpractice, breach of fiduciary responsibility, company waste and several other counts of fraudulent transfers, in response to the lawsuit.
