In an interview with CoinDesk, Lucas Matheson, the director of Coinbase’s Canada operations, stated that he’s been having conversations with Canada’s tier one banks. He didn’t establish them by identify, however Canada’s largest banks are collectively generally known as the Huge 5: Royal Financial institution of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Financial institution, Financial institution of Nova Scotia, Financial institution of Montreal and Canadian Imperial Financial institution of Commerce.
