Crypto exchange giant Binance has announced a zero-fee trading promotion for all swaps conducted through its Binance Wallet, effective from March 17, 2025, at 08:00 UTC.

The initiative, which will run until September 17, 2025, aims to enhance user experience and drive engagement with Binance’s integrated trading features.

During the promotion period, users will not incur trading fees when executing swaps using Binance Wallet’s Swap, Bridge, or Quick Buy functionalities within Binance Alpha. However, standard network gas fees will still apply.

Per the announcement, swaps conducted through third-party decentralized applications (dApps) will not be eligible for the fee waiver.

Eligibility and Participation

To qualify for the zero-fee trading promotion, users must trade using a backed-up keyless address within Binance Wallet. Imported wallets do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Participants must also update their Binance App to the latest version to access the promotional feature.

To initiate a zero-fee trade:

  • Open the Binance App and navigate to [Assets] > [Wallet].
  • Select [Trade] and choose [Swap] or [Bridge].
  • Choose from the available trading pairs and execute the swap.

Strategic Move to Boost Adoption

Binance’s move to introduce zero trading fees aligns with the broader industry trend of reducing costs for users while encouraging adoption of proprietary trading platforms.

By integrating keyless wallets and streamlining the trading process, Binance aims to increase engagement with its ecosystem while maintaining compliance with necessary security measures.

This initiative follows similar fee reductions on Binance’s centralized exchange, reflecting the company’s ongoing strategy to attract both retail and institutional users by lowering barriers to entry.Read Also: Binance Launches Traders Boot Camp With $1 Million Reward Pool
