Fortnite has added a new hidden area to its map that looks like a cryptocurrency mining site.

A video posted on YouTube on April 1 showed all the current Dill Bits locations in the game. It explained how players can find and collect the tokens by damaging the servers.

One Reddit user commented on April 3 that the new mine feels like a sign that crypto is becoming more common, even in mainstream games like Fortnite.
According to the Fortnite Wiki, this latest mine is located on Oninoshima Island, close to Outlaw Oasis. It was included in Chapter 6: Season 2 and labeled as an “Unnamed Location.” The servers inside are described as mining Dill Bits, which cannot be bought or traded with real money.
The in-game description refers to Dill Bits as “a bulky and confusing crypto coin you never knew you needed”, and suggests they are ideal for shady deals inside the game.
