While many of their other Layer-1 counterparts focus on optimizing one specific area of the blockchain trilemma (security, decentralization, or scalability), Monad aims to achieve all three through technical innovation.
Its four main technologies—MonadBFT, Asynchronous Execution, Parallel Execution, and MonadDb—are all aiming to put throughput first, at no cost to decentralization or finality. Such features allow developers to build dApps that operate quickly and cost-effectively while maintaining data integrity.
