Amazon has rolled out an updated version of its Seller Assistant tool, designed to help merchants better manage their online stores.
This new version features an artificial intelligence (AI) system that remains active at all times to support daily operations and assist sellers in making informed decisions.
The AI is designed to support the entire sales process. Rather than sellers having to do everything manually, Seller Assistant can step in and take care of certain tasks, only when given permission, while still allowing the seller to stay in control.

The upgraded assistant can help with a variety of jobs, including monitoring inventory, checking account status, and suggesting changes or taking action as needed.
For example, if certain items in stock are not selling quickly, the AI can alert the seller before these items result in extra storage costs.
Additionally, the tool can analyze customer demand and recommend strategies for preparing future shipments. This can help sellers avoid stock shortages or overordering.
The assistant also looks out for problems that could affect a seller’s account. For instance, it might detect listings that could violate new safety rules and bring them to the seller’s attention.
Furthermore, the AI can check if all listed products follow the rules in every country where the seller operates, which helps them stay compliant across regions.
