I would recommend that anyone starting a career in blockchain and crypto should invest a small amount of money in practical training to create a strong foundation for understanding theory. This will contribute a lot to making any specific training program more insightful. For instance, testing with real money will help the trainee understand the psychological behavior of the traders and which banking implications that exist beyond their patterns.
I would recommend this training program not only to risk managers but also to anyone interested in working in banking or financial institutions.
