GeForce NOW kicks off 2026 with 14 new games, including five ready for streaming this week, leveraging the power of NVIDIA’s RTX 5080 technology.
GeForce NOW is ushering in 2026 with an exciting lineup of 14 new games set to be available in January, according to the GeForce NOW Community. This marks a continuation of NVIDIA’s efforts to enhance the gaming experience by leveraging the advanced capabilities of the RTX 5080 technology.
RTX 5080 Powers the Future of Cloud Gaming
The previous year witnessed the introduction of NVIDIA’s Blackwell RTX technology to the cloud, which significantly enhanced the GeForce NOW Ultimate membership tier. This upgrade brought features such as DLSS 4 and 5K 120 fps streaming, providing gamers with an unparalleled experience in cloud gaming.
Community members have expressed their enthusiasm for the upgrade. Nads from Cloud&Console highlighted the impact of the RTX 5080, describing it as a game-changer for cloud gaming. Luna, a modder from the GeForce NOW Discord community, shared her positive experience with games like ARC Raiders and Dying Light: The Beast, noting the improved performance on the cloud compared to local machines.
Expanding Game Library
GeForce NOW continues to expand its library with major releases and day-and-date launches, including popular titles like ARC Raiders and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The platform has gained a reputation for offering seamless gaming experiences, which players like Warwick have noted while enjoying games such as Fortnite with friends.
