- The “Mystery Boxes” promotion is conducted by Changelly from October 31 through November 13, 2025.
- To participate, you must:

- Use the app on one account and one device only.
- During the promotion period, users can open Mystery Boxes in the Changelly mobile app to receive one of four possible outcomes:
- Prize
- Extra move
- Empty cell
- Loss
Each user can receive new attempts by completing eligible transactions within the app. Both C2C (crypto-to-crypto) and F2C (fiat-to-crypto) exchanges qualify for additional game attempts.
- Winners will be contacted via email on the following dates: November 5, November 10, and November 14, 2025. Please wait for the official email if you win. Prizes include USDT rewards. Other prizes like fee bonuses, VIP status, and educational guides will be available within 7 business days after winning.
- VIP status: A temporary premium user tier that grants priority support and 0% service fees for a month. VIP status will be applied within 7 business days after winning, the user will get a confirmation via email. - The promo code can be used only within the Changelly mobile app.
- The offer applies exclusively to service fees for crypto-to-crypto exchanges.
