“Anchorage Digital Financial institution, the primary and solely totally operational OCC-chartered digital asset financial institution, is unequivocally a ‘certified custodian’,” stated Georgia Quinn, the corporate’s basic counsel, in an announcement. “Whereas Anchorage Digital can be largely unaffected by the proposed rule, we plan to work with all stakeholders to make sure any transition ends in minimal disruption to the digital asset ecosystem.”
