Week 5 closes with one of the most interesting opening prices on the board. Buffalo entered Week 4 at 3-0 and sits atop the Super Bowl market, while Los Angeles was the preseason favorite and carried a 1-2 record into Sunday’s game at Philadelphia. Even so, Kalshi makes the Rams a slight home favorite. Both teams’ Week 4 results could make this one of the more active markets to watch.
Notable Week 5 line moves
Week 5 pricing is still in its opening stages, with most teams yet to complete their Week 4 games. The current prices will serve as the baseline for tracking movement throughout the week.
Several markets are already tightly priced. Cleveland-New York sits at 48%-52%, Green Bay holds only a narrow edge over Chicago, and Minnesota is a modest favorite at New Orleans. Buffalo opening as an underdog at Los Angeles is another market worth watching as Week 4 results come in.
NFL futures market outlook
Buffalo currently leads the Kalshi 2027 Super Bowl winner market at 13%, followed by the Rams at 11% and San Francisco at 9%.
That creates an interesting backdrop for Week 5’s Monday night matchup between Buffalo and Los Angeles. The Bills and Rams currently occupy the top two spots in the championship market, even though Los Angeles entered Week 4 with a 1-2 record.
Josh Allen remains the leader in the Kalshi 2026-27 NFL MVP market at 24%, followed by Brock Purdy at 18% and Lamar Jackson at 11%.
The futures board could shift considerably once Week 4 is complete, with Buffalo, San Francisco, Baltimore, and several other contenders still in action.
