Bitwise Funds Lead Gains for XRP and Solana ETFs
Institutional investors returned from the weekend with their appetite intact. Bitcoin traded above $66,000 as US exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tied to the cryptocurrency recorded their longest inflow streak since May, adding fresh momentum to a market that had spent weeks searching for direction.
Bitcoin drew a combined $226.92 million on Monday, July 20. The result marked a fifth straight trading day of net additions and showed broad demand across seven funds.
Blackrock Leads Broad Bitcoin ETF Inflows
Blackrock’s IBIT again captured the largest share of new capital, attracting $116.48 million. ARK 21Shares’ ARKB followed with $72.74 million, while Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust added $41.45 million.
Fidelity’s FBTC recorded a $24.07 million inflow. Bitwise’s BITB added $8.83 million, Morgan Stanley’s MSBT gained $6.90 million, and Vaneck’s HODL brought in $1.84 million.
The gains outweighed a $45.40 million withdrawal from Grayscale’s GBTC, the only bitcoin fund to report a net outflow. Total trading value across the category reached $1.74 billion. Combined net assets closed at $79.16 billion.
Crypto commentator @MartiniGuyYT noted that the five-day buying streak was the longest since May. He argued that continued ETF demand, combined with bitcoin holding above $66,000, could reshape the market’s near-term outlook.
Ether, XRP and Solana Funds Join the Advance
Ether ETFs also finished in positive territory, adding $38.09 million. Blackrock’s ETHA accounted for most of the total with a $34.31 million inflow. Fidelity’s FETH added $2.83 million, while 21Shares’ TETH attracted roughly $946,000.
Ether ETF trading volume reached $593.28 million, with net assets ending the session at $10.29 billion.
XRP ETFs posted a $2.49 million inflow, which went entirely into Bitwise’s XRP product. The category generated $11.67 million in trading activity and closed with $1.02 billion in net assets.
Solana ETFs attracted $2.64 million, led primarily by Bitwise’s BSOL. Total value traded reached $77.16 million, while net assets rose to $902.68 million.
HYPE ETFs recorded no trading flows. The pause came after the category ended the previous week with its first weekly net outflow since launching.
Monday’s figures pointed to a wider improvement in institutional demand. Bitcoin remained the clear leader, but positive flows across ether, XRP and solana products suggested that investors were also willing to move further along the crypto ETFs curve.
